What you will do
- Monitoring and triage of security alerts for our Zyberdome customers
- Investigating incidents and recommending concrete countermeasures
- Working with endpoint detection and response (SentinelOne)
- Writing weekly and monthly customer reports
- Improving detection rules and playbooks
What you bring
- Completed IT training or degree, or comparable experience
- Basic knowledge of networks, Windows and Linux
- Interest in malware, attacker techniques and incident response
- A reliable, structured way of working and clear communication
- Good German and English
